APML recently provided project oversight of lessor contractual obligations and program management of major UK commercial carrier’s internal processes and cabin reconfiguration requirements inclusive of principle DOA and secondary DOA design delivery, materials procurement and management together with on-site liaison with the lessor, principle DOA and MRO.
The aircraft was delivered on time and on cost in May 2016 to the great satisfaction of APML’s customer who contracted APML’s services for this second A330-200 delivery after APML completed its first A330-200 delivery in June 2015.
Concurrently to the second A330-200 delivery APML provided to project management services to complete a number of customer requirements such as the installation of a class 3 crew rest convertible seat across a fleet of A330-200 aircraft and the Zone A reconfiguration of another A330-200.
Both concurrent projects presented significant time constraints and a number of risks which required management and mitigation, both projects delivered on time and on cost.
APML also recently completed an End of Life Aircraft (EOLAC) disposal feasibility study for another major UK operator prior to developing and compiling the RFQ to support the service provider selection process .
APML also recently completed the management and negotiation of the commercial aspects of a 5 aircraft heavy check and structural modification program at the request of the same operator at its selected MRO in Sofia, Bulgaria.
